App not working on chromebook

Hi I can't seem to get the ebay app to open on my chromebook

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app (6.90.0.1).

If you have problems getting the latest version, make sure you have the latest versions of Google Play Services and Google Play Store.

One possible suggestion is to uninstall the eBay app, restart your device, and then install the latest version of the eBay app.

If you are unable to use the app on your Chromebook, use a browser to go to ebay.com instead.

The app is not working, it needs to be fixed.  I dont want to use the browser.  That defeats the purpose of using on a device with the app.
