Just wanted to address an issue since the latest update on the iPad application. Seems to function fine when solely using the touchscreen however after a short period the scroll function using the keyboard seems to stop working. I’ve reset the iPad, uninstalled the app and reset the keyboard to no luck thus far.
I've been having the same issue. Sometimes the touchscreen scroll doesn't work either for me. I have to click INTO an item and back and then the scroll works again. Very frustrating.
Also having similar problems with an iPad and apple magic keyboard. Scrolling/2 finger gestures on the track pad don’t work properly but the touch screen does. Also makes the app unusable on M1 macbook since there is no touchscreen to fall back on.
Can someone from eBay please look into this? There must be many users having this issue. It was working prior to the last update so it must have been something linked to that.
When I saw the update on the app store I was hoping it would fix it, obviously not… Could someone from eBay please advise when this is due to be fixed?
Short of stating exactly the same as everyone else here, its bloody annoying!! Come on EBay, fix the problem, its so annoying I am suspending using the app until its fixed.
