App keeps crashing and closing

When I try to send offers to buyers on app , it freezes and closes the app and when I try to edit promoted listing percentage on app it also freezes and closes the app

What version operating system are you using?

And what version of the eBay app?

Make sure you have the latest version (6.17.0.7) of the eBay app for your operating system.

App is up to date im using android app on Samsung galaxy note 9 problem is still there after clearing cache and cookies on app settings

It might be worth trying to install a new copy of the eBay app.

Uninstall the eBay app; restart your device; then install the latest version from the Google Play Store. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
