Yes, it’s terrible, I can’t send any messages. Also every time they do an update, it tells me the shipping and return policy is missing and it is not missing! That means I cannot post anything from my mobile app. Great job, EBay, well, I’ll post on other sites and the stuff will sell before I can even get it onto eBay due to this. This happens every single time there’s an update. I have contacted them repeatedly in the past. No resolution. So tired of it!
