Thanks for reporting this @kenyaki. The mobile team is aware and looking into this. In the meantime you should be able to access eBay in the mobile or full website.
Good news! I received some follow-up information @kenyaki. A fix will be in the next update but for now, try logging into a desktop browser and check to see if you have offers. If so, and there is a duplicate offer, remove it from the offers list and then things should work like normal in the app.
