App for iPad not working

App for iPad since last 2 updates is making it more difficult to use. First of all, when taking photos...the orientation is messed up...will not allow me to take direct photos..Secondly, sort feature for listing auctions defaults to newly listed....I have to manually set it each time to display auctions ending soonest.. if I use my phone...it is good...only problems for iPad...after 10 years...of no problems.

I have had the exact same issue. I contacted support, they told me to uninstall-restart my device and then reinstall. Didn't work. I cannot take landscape photos, and so I create a draft on my iPad (which has an external keyboard attached to it so I can type much faster) and then have to save as draft. Go to my phone, take and upload photos. Go to my iPad, adjust/edit photos, and then complete the listing. So rediculous. AND eBay tells me there has been no issue reported. Twice I received an email from them stating that there was no issue report. Supper frustrated and immensely irritated by the whole thing...and after YEARS of no issue.

I, too, would appreciate ANY help in fixing this issue. What used to take me 10 min to list, is now taking me about 30.

Agree with your statements and have had to do a similar work-around to accommodate the photo orientation issue. Hope its resolved soon.
