IOS 9 is requesting an update., but this update vives an error.
unfortunately I have to stop using the app and eBay I don't have other IOS and IPad.

In order to use the eBay app, you currently need to have iOS 11 or later.
Otherwise, use a browser and go to ebay.com instead.
