I’m having issues with a seller where they claimed to shipped a product, contacted the seller and they refuse to refund. They used an unknown carrier, are not showing any proof of delivery. I have been using Ebay for many years and never had any problem. When I search, Ebay states to go to Purchases, More Actions and a section where Ebay will step in. This option is not available in my app.

I agree that your purchase should be in your Purchase History. The 'More Actions' button will allow you to contact the Seller. You can open an Item Not Received claim one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order. Go to the Resolution Center to do this. Good luck.

To open an item not received case, all you need to do is go to the Resolution Center and open an item not received case there.
