App crashing

EBay app consistently keeps crashing on start up. Galaxy note 8

What version of Android are you using?

Make sure your version is high enough, and that you are using the latest version of the eBay app (6.9.5.7).

Also try signing in using your email address rather than your username.

Try deleting the eBay app, restarting your device, and then getting the latest version of the eBay app from the Google Play Store.

Hi followed all your steps and app is still crashing on start up.
