Hi , I have a problem with the app. When using it will randomly just shut down as if I have closed it and return to my phones home screen, I’ve then lost where I was on the search and have to restart. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled and my iPhone is all up to date but no improvements, annoyingly this is random and I can use the app for 10min and it’s fine other times it will keep throwing me out as soon as I go back in.

Can you update your phone to iOS 12? This should fix the crashing issue.

I am having the same problem with the iPad app - it will shut down over and over again as I try to add photos to the listing. I am using a brand new iPad Pro with iOS 12.1.4. I have attached a video of what happens. I have also had the problem that others are reporting where the photos keep rearranging themselves as I am trying to select photos to add to the listing, then the app shuts down.
