App crashes when adding photos every time

When I go to add photos the app crashes and every time I restart the app and go add photos it crashes again. I looked for an update and it says updated 3 weeks ago, no new update. HELP A SELLER OUT!!!

Thank you for reporting this. We are wondering if you could help us by looking for a crash log and emailing it to us.

Here are some steps to get a crash log

1. Navigate to your device Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data.
2. Scroll through this list to find  eBay events. The list is alphabetical. 
3. Tap the event with the most recent date. 
4. Tap the share icon at the top right.
5. Tap “Mail”, and send the log to iosfeedback@ebay.com

I had issues with the app crashing while adding photos. 
I bought a new iPad which was nearly empty of photos and had no crashing. 
Went back to my old iPad that had 27,000 photos and the app would crash. 
Hmmm. 
My suspicion is the app tries to deal with unlimited/infinite number of photos rather than an amount that works for RAM type memory that the iPad/iPhone has. 
Do you have a lot of photos, iCloud photos or a nearly full iPhone/iPad?
