Hi, I also “had” that problem but...
This may be helpful, I find it helpful even after updating to a new app version to completely shut down the device, & reopen to where you wanna go, this refreshes the app completely..

Please make sure your device is up to date with the latest iOS 12 too.

The problem is also that the App Store is presenting the new app as compatible with an older iOS even though it is not, as it continuously crashes. Test easily duplicates problem. Therefore, the mapping of App version to iOS version needs to be corrected on the App Store. Please review the primary requirement.

When sending multiple emails to different users the app somehow gets confused & it closes the app completely, & sometimes
It even CLOSES THE DEVICE! & I HAVE TO LOG IN AGAIN!

I am running iPad 6th gen (latest) with 12.3 OS... and it crashes every single time.
I have plenty of memory and no other apps running.
it just cannot take the load of viewing too many items... once I get passed a certain amount then poof it’s gone.
Guess my nighttime shopping is coming to an end... browsing from my nice comfy bed or having to sit at the computer? No contest....mind you my bank account with thank I me!!!!

Day one of turning off all options under Settings > eBay app. No crashes today. Will update if not working again.
