Wondering if anyone else is seeing this?
Upgraded android app to version 5.40.1.2 and have been using the app with the new GUI (the one shown in the stock photos on the playstore - white themed Graphical User Interface) had no issues and now it has reverted back to the older GUI ("blue theme").
How can I change back to the new white theme to populate?
Tryed Restarting device, clearing cache, Reinstalling the app on two different devices
No Luck

SO... in a nut shell you have no clear straight forward answer / solution.
This is how i read that, just say its user error OK got it, this response is loud and clear,
Sorry i was sharing what steps that had be carries out as effectively communicate and relay the issue encountered.
but reps keep saying that its "US" the user(s) that are doing something wrong.

Same issue here, I had the new "all white" GUI for a whole 30min before it randomly switched back. There is no option in the Google Play Store to update the app, it just says "Uninstall" or "Open". Tried resetting, uninstalling, etc

Was excited to start using the new white look version but was gonna just as fast as my morning coffee. The play store phots show different than what I received and I can't locate the button to open NAD case all jk's asside. Just have to wait for it to rolls it self back out

I have two phones as well and experienced the same thing was able to get the white theme and it reverted back to the old blue theme.

Thanks for the reports. The new interface is rolling out. Once you see it it should stick though. Are you cleaning your app cache? changing sites within the app? or reinstalling? Or is it just randomly switching back to blue once in a while?

Thanks for all that information. The more you clear cache and reinstall the more the app will reset to the older UI. We recommend you just keep using the app and it will eventually switch to the updated UI.

Thanks for responding and sorry If the message sounded like we were blaming you for the app reverting. We have many people who come to these forums and we want to make sure people are not spending time reinstalling and clearing the cache trying to get into the updated Interface.
This update is rolling out and each time those steps are performed it may reset which interface you see.
We will manually put you in so you should see it over the next day.
We also look forward to any feedback on the new design.

My app has randomly changed from white UI to blue UI over the last week. I never know what it will look like. I dislike the white as the blue is just more pleasing to my eye. Not sure why this was changed to begin with.....
