Android app: No more button to send message to sellers. Gone!

It is not possible to ask sellers any questions on Samsung TAB A 2019.

I can type the message but there is no send button. None. Gone.

For about 2 weeks already.

Support chat reckons I should use a desktop computer and browser. I do not h ave.

So no more buying on ebay as need to ask sellers stuff.

Or what?

If like many people, you've been spending more time on your tablet, your temporary internet files and cookie cache probably need to be cleaned out. If you do not know how to do that you'll probably have to look online to find out how.  There are also free utilities you can download that do it faster than the onboard system. Once you have cleaned your tablet restart it.

The latest version of the app has changed the way that messages work, apparently. There should be a little arrowhead shaped icon that looks like a paper airplane in the upper right corner of the screen when you compose a message.

If the icon does not appear after composing, you may still be able to send by tapping the area near where the icon should be. See this thread for some details and pictures:

Thanks for the report. We are looking into this, if you tap where the send button should be the message will send.
