Android Ebay App no Notifications!!!!!!!!!

This is 3rd time I'm posting this.  EBAY YOU BETTER FIX THIS ERROR NOOOOOOWWWW!!!!! I DELTED THE APP CLEARED ALL THE CACHE AND COOKIES AND SIGNED OUT AND SIGNED BACK ON. AND STILL NO NOTIFICATIONS. I BETTER SEE THIS FIXED TOMORROW .

I'm not getting any either.  I'd like to say it was right after I upgraded my Note 8 from Android 8 to Android 9 Pie One UI.

actually right after I posted my message, I went to the app, cleared cache, cleared data, force stop; fired up the app, sign back in, and went into notifications and set all the sounds to something (it was set at default) and whala, I have notifications now. hope this helps someone.
