Android App Notifications Not Working

I've done everything from uninstalling the app to restarting the phone and trying on other android devices. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and I stopped receiving all eBay notifications after the latest update. This has resulted in me not responding in a timely manner to messages from eBay members and return requests. It also highly affects my sales as I no longer am notified about offers from buyers. This is a huge issue and needs to be fixed asap!

It works on and off. Will give a notification and two minutes later, I'll get nothing on some other notification. Mostly doesnt work though

Thanks for the extra information. Do they show up when you open the app. Are you able to let us know one that you did miss?
