Android App Cant Scan Bar Codes

For about a month now, the app has stopped scanning for me. I scan the code, and the app takes me right back to the options page (photo, text, or scan).

I contacted the app support people, they asked what version of android I have, then havent contacted me since.

I reinstalled app a few times, replaced my scanner app, etc.

Thanks for reporting. Is there anyway you could capture a video of this happening?

Another question, are you using this when selling or searching?
