All Notifications Stopped

Starting late Saturday night, 11/2, I stopped receiving notifications on my iphone.  My last notification was at 1:00 am on late Saturday or early Sunday morning.  I have made multiple sales since then and I am not receiving notifications from either eBay or Paypal.   I have reinstalled these apps on my phone and double checked all notification settings.  Is anyone else having this problem or is anyone aware of a fix?  I've also spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Apple to verify it is NOT a hardware issue or a problem with their software.  I am receiving all other notifications.  Thanks to anyone able to offer advice on this problem.

Same problem today 11-5-19,on  PayPal, don't know about ebay though. Android phone.

Not receiving PayPal push notifications or email notifications.

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please try the following

1. sign out of the app

2. uninstall

3. reboot phone

4. re-install from eBay app

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone Xr, IOS 13.2.2

Not sure when it started, my sales have been pretty dead.
