Alerts report shipment as arrived

I get alerts that indicate an item has arrived but they are incorrect.  They should say shipped

Was it a USPS shipment? And tracking shows 'Delivered'? Expand, please...

It was a USPS shipment which shows correctly in a PC web Browser

I get a Alert\Notification on the phone's lock screen that items are Delivered, but really are only shipped.

iPhone 6 with the APP version 6.9.5.2133 ON ios 12.5.6.  I can not upgrade the version on this device.

I also find that on some notifications, I am unable to find them in the APP's notifications.  I suspect Act now are auctions ending.  Can u please explain which should show under See more?
