Address default

After I ordered numerous items at one time, I noticed the home address it was sent to was not mine. When trying to put in the correct address, ebay would default to the random address again. So now all my purchases are going to some place I’ve never heard of. How do I get my products I’ve paid for and yes I have notified the people I ordered from
