why did you need to change address??
You should verify such before purchasing an item.
Do you have an order placed with the wrong address listed? If so, you should reach out to your seller.

To change your address you can do the following.
1. open app
2. tap My eBay
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap your address and add a new one
