Active listings folder is empty on ebay app

Hello, 

My active listings is empty on the app. In order to view my listings I have to go to a computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice in 2 days. It's still not working. Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks.

Thank you for the report. We have heard this from a few sellers. Can you let us know if the Sold and Unsold lists are showing items? If you go into the Active list do you see the Refine button at the top? If so, when you tap it in the middle of the filter you will see a FILTER BY does the number shown here reflect the number of active listings you should have?

The sold and unsold are working. When I click on the filter button the auctions are showing but no active listings are showing .
