WE are not eBay, WE can not see your account. If forward-motion's advice is not what you are looking for you need to contact eBay via "Contact Us" at the bottom of every page. WE are buyers and sellers, NOT eBay employees. Are you using someone else's account?  Do you have two accounts? Maybe you need to clear your browsing cache history.
