Is it the account you are using right now?

Is it possible you have more than one account? Is it possible you inadvertently created a new account when signing in with Google or Facebook for the first time on a new mobile phone? Or that you loaned your phone to someone else who left their account signed in?
What happens when you try to change the email address or phone number? Note that if you try to change the email to an email already associated with another account, that will not work. Not sure what happens if you try to change your email address if your account was created by using a Google sign-in. You should be able to change your phone number, though.
