5$ on app purchase

Hello, I had a 5$ off on next app purchase pop-up for me a couple days back, and I can not find the offer again or a code. Has it expired?

That's possible. I think those coupons are only good for a short time frame.

Not sure if it's the same one but as of this time I have one pop up with a QR code to download the app, which expires 8/17 and it doesn't tell you anything about a minimum either on that page or the "details" page linked. After looking around email, eBay message inbox and adding item to cart with no mention of the discount I was able to find the mention with a code on the My eBay Summary page where it says it is on a $50 minimum. Needless to say this is poorly implemented and not a very good discount considering the minimum, which effectively makes it 10% or less.
