5.27.1.2 ebay app won't accept login credentials on Pixel XL using Android version 9, but will accept login creds on web interface. The issue is exclusive to the app, not the account. Unless if I caught it during nighttime maintenance, in which there is no redirect to planned temporary message.

Thanks for reporting this. Are you attempting to sign in through the home screen? Have you tried the one time password link?

I get red "Fingerprint authorization failed. Try your email or username instead." Neither email nor username works with current credentials. I'd include a screenshot, but I get a screenshot not allowed message. Also presented with 3 links: text a temp pw, forgot pw, or create account. I haven't tried the links because I don't want to change my pw at this time, knowing it works on the web interface.

Thanks for the details. Can you try the temporary one time password and see if that option works?

Temporary one time password does not work. "Get a single use code" "Let us text you a code so you can sign in without your password." > Continue ... no text received.
