I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and in doing so now I no longer receive 15 minute left notifications on watch list items on the app. I’ve checked every notification/setting feature three to four times now and yet it hasn’t fixed it.

Hi @mrrkz! Could you please check: My eBay > Settings > Notifications > Shopping updated > Item ending to ensure the item ending notification is turned on? Thanks.

It’s all been turned on yet still no notifications for ending auctions

I'm having the same problem with a recently bought new iPhone, and am fairly sure it's traceable to the change of mobile (or, specifically, iOS version - now using 16). I've checked all relevant settings are switched on, including Elizabeth's suggestion, but nothing seems to provide reminders for watch list items nor the 9 minute warning for items on which I am already bidding. Other notifications (e.g. outbid notifications) are okay, though. I've tried reinstalling the App, but that's made no difference.

Mmm seems to be some bug with eBay/iOS. I guess they don’t fix it because they think it doesn’t matter but as I in common with most savvy bidders tend to bid at the end I have missed quite a number of auctions ending since this functionality disappeared a few weeks ago = eBay has missed their fees. Depressing to see that once the obvious thing to check has been found not to be the reason, eBay technical support stop responding!

So I messed around with those notification settings turning them on and off and cleared the application from memory and something has caused the 15 minute auction ending notification to start working again on my iPhone 12 Pro. Yay!
