Unable to set calculated shipping on iOS app

After the latest update I am unable to enter weight and dimensions for calculated shipping. The app only gives me free or fixed price shipping options.

Oh, you’ve only just begun entering that rabbit hole. I’m on week 2 and finally had to build my own independent web store away from ebay so I have a place to list and sell all my First Class shipping items. Good luck. I finally gave up. 100% positive feedback and they’re losing me. And they don’t care. The ebay CEO likes his app and if we don’t like it, we’re welcome to leave is pretty much the message that’s come through over the past few weeks.

I was told this afternoon by a very nice ebay tech that they are working on this and I do believe him.

Same here, the strange thing is I wasn't having this problem earlier today. My goodness eBay, its 2018. Much of this testing is now automated within app development companies. We're talking about basic functionality here. How embarrassing for them.

Believe him or not — why would Ebay remove functionality that we use all the time?  Clearly the developers don’t know how we use the Ebay platform, or they wouldn’t mess around with so many useful parts of the program.

You actually have to give up using the app and go back to the laptop version.  If they start changing the laptop version as they’ve done with the mobile app, we will all be sunk.  I hope I haven’t just provided Ebay a new idea on how to ruin our businesses!

Never mind that I don’t have a laptop and that my inventory and desk top are in two different locations. Not much point to a mobile app if you can’t really use it.

So...... no solution to this? Is anyone at E-Bay bothering to listen to your sellers?  It is going on two weeks since I updated to this terrible version of this app and still nothing.

Can you let us know what issue you are having. Are you unable to select calculated shipping? Or are you unable to select first class shipping?

@mobile_feedback, I already went over this with one of the other EBay staff, I am completely unable to select anything other than “free shipping” or a flat fee. No other option exists.  I also am having the same issue being forced to list everything as “good til canceled” . Telling me to just use my laptop ( I don’t own one) or just use my desktop( not in the same place as my inventory) or just use the clasic site on my mobile phone (possible the most frustrating way to do it) is not a solution to this problem. I haven’t talked to a single person who is happy with the recent redesign. This has made it pretty much impossible to list from my phone. If this is not fixed I will likely have to cancel my subscription and find other outlets to sell to the public through instead of relying on EBay

I have also contacted ebay twice in 3 weeks to discuss this issue. I am having to use my husbands phone since he was smart enough not to download the latest version. We’re still waiting

Same issue, no calculated shipiping option on my iphone 6S plus with latestet ebay app version. I've deleted it twice and reloaded it in hopes to fix it. No dice. Still no calculated shipping option. Ive come to partially list my items on my phone, save them as a draft,  then move everything over to  my laptop, open each draft listing and enter the shipping info for each item individually. A huge waste of time. I've already contacted ebay by phone and let them know of the issue.
