Not sure why eBay changed the 'Refine' function for your watched ended items. It used to be based on the actual sale date, but now it's sorted by 'Ending soonest' as related to the auction start time and period of the listing. This is quite frustrating because the auctions that end with Buy It Now are completely out of order with everything else you're watching. Needs fixing ASAP.
