The eBay Android app has a major flaw in the app - when the app is used on an English language Android device (phone or tablet), and the app language is also in English, part of the menus only come up in Chinese!
1. MENU -> Help  - this section is 100% in Chinese, so getting any support or raising issues with an eBay purchase or returns come up in Chinese, rendering the Android app useless and having to use a desktop computer.

2. MENU -> Settings -> Customer Service - as above

3. Searching on eBay: FILTER -> Item Location - all the options come up in Chinese only.

I have reported this problem over a year ago with no resolution and it is absolutely not a device issue - every person I know that uses eBay in Hong Kong on a Android device has this issue with these 2 menu functions displaying Chinese whilst everything else is in English.  I have 5 devices myself, all different brands of phone and tablet exhibiting the same problem all running identical versions of the Android eBay app - so it's absolutely an app bug/oversight.

I'm in the US and when I change my Country or Region to Hong Kong, I get the same screens as you. Have you tried changing your Country or Region to an English speaking country?  Of course, this may mess up seeing items that may or may not ship to you in Hong Kong.
