I'm planning on selling this item for a friend. Trying to get a better idea of it's age and value. I could find nothing else like it online or in my books. The only similar items I've seen are post-war Russian and they go for about fifty bucks. I figure this one is probably WW2 or Korean War vintage. It's manufactured by the Seiler Instrument Company of St. Louis, MO. It's in excellent condition with the only flaw being a missing rivet.
