This is an interesting piece, it is for a bolo tie style attachment , marked sterling with eagle and a star with no 96, the wings were silver plated bronze, Someone on another forum said it was a personal piece made for someone, but I thought you all who like military things would like to see it, the wings are 3 inch x 1 inch and the sterling target disc is 21/2 in in dia,
when I found this I thought , I have never seen anything lke it, and of course could not find anything like it when searching, It does need some more cleaning, I have no idea on what to use in the title to list it,
