I found these in a trunk that was full of items from 1900-1910. They were in a pen box with a set of glasses. The back of the smaller one is rusted. Thanks

The eagle item depicts the Great Seal of the U.S., I do not think it is government issue, certainly not military. The other has Polish related symbols. It may relate to some Polish related organization here in the U.S. It would have had a ribbon suspended from the loop on the back. The ribbon would have indicated some event, something such as "Polish American War Veterans 2nd Annual Convention" or some such Polish club event or club office such as "Past Prsident", etc.

Thanks for your reply. I know the owner was a confederate war veteran, a judge, and played a huge role in Scotish Rites Ceremonies.
