@eagle6271, I can see your picture in the list of new threads; I don't know why it isn't showing up here.

Anyway, here it is (I cropped it a bit). You might want to get a clear view of the detail in the shield, in order to identify it.

Edit: OK, these appear to be the same design as the wings you asked about last December, and are from the same program. The WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program, this is a Phase 9 pin (discontinued) or level 9.

How interesting, I've never found one with this high of a number, so it didn't even dawn on me that they'd be the same program.  Thank you.
