Help with identification of this chair Nanna Ditzel ND83 ? tag Made in Denmark Imported by Selig

Photos provided.  No other markings other than than the  Round Selig Red Background white cross silver letters Tag Label.  Looks like a Nanna Ditzel nd83 design, but who made it?  no other markings on the chair that i saw.
