Scam?

Hi I need help ASAP. 
Someone bought something from me (I think) I got an email in my junk mail from PayPal & eBay saying it was safe to send and that they payed. Then it said because the price was high Ebay and PayPal will hold my money until the person gets the package

1. I can’t see anything pending in my PayPal account and 2. My eBay says buyer has not payed yet. What do I do!!!??? Cancel the shipment? The email from eBay said I had to send it out and then I would get paid because it has high risk for fraud for being expensive. I’m sketched out.
