Getting the status of a return or refund

I sold an item that the buyer returned per my permission and request. The shirt size I sold was a "M" and should have been a "L." I told the buyer to return and I will issue a full refund plus shipping. I received the shirt back w/o any problem. Now, I'm not sure where to go and start the refund process. Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thank you!
