Getting the status of a return or refund

I sold an item that the buyer returned per my permission and request. The shirt size I sold was a "M" and should have been a "L." I told the buyer to return and I will issue a full refund plus shipping. I received the shirt back w/o any problem. Now, I'm not sure where to go and start the refund process. Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thank you!

Find the transaction in your PayPal activity and look for REFUND and make the refund there.

Then to send them the money for return shipping you will have to do that on a separate transaction, using the send money link.  You will need their email address to send the additional payment for shipping.
