Specialist wrongfully deems Authentic shoes as "counterfeit" and penalizes my account

So Ebay marks 3 of my listings as counterfeit and takes down the listings as well as restrict my account from selling. The posts were for Zyons and Obsidian 1s, shoes that i already sold on Ebay but had doubles of. The pictures in my post are included and they show all the angles of the shoe as well as my username as a tag. When i called the customer support, they said that their specialist deemed the listings fake due to variations in the shoe. I asked if i can provide proof of authenticity since i have receipts for the shoe and they did not care for me to provide them any proof. I told them that i was a member since 2013 with 100% feedback and that i would never sell fakes on the marketplace because i authenticate each and every shoe and selling fakes would be bad business. Not to mention the customers that already bought the shoes from the listing that they banned left me good feedback after their purchase. They wouldnt budge and said since this is my 2nd time listing counterfeit that they are gonna restrict my account. I decided to take the L and asked them if they could give me pointers in how to avoid this bc im posting more shoes up after im unbanned, and they said theres nothing they can do to prevent this from happening. Im really frustrated by their treatment since i thought i took all the precautions to showcase that the shoes were authentic and as described. I cannot escalate the case any further as they keep repeating the same reasons why they cannot appeal the case. I am now restricted on my account due to their inability to determine the shoes authenticity and when i ask to provide proof of legitimacy they don't even care to see it

@kickzonus   Sorry that this happened. When an item is reported to ebay they err on the side of caution and remove the item.

Do NOT relist or you can be suspended or banned.

The OWNER of the name can take any item off eBay with the name.

Ebay has no choice but to do as they say. It is the VERO or Verifyed rights owner that does this.

You can fight the company (the VERO) ; and I am sure an unbelievable cost to do so, if you want to relist such.

Do not relist if you desire to sell on eBay.
