what is the name of these 2 stones

Hi,

Your necklace is white howlite and the blue ones are dyed howlite, it is called "Turquoise Howlite" in the industry.

The carved vintage also looks like it could be banded Carnelian Agate stone 🙂

The white stone is not white buffalo, it is howlite or magnesite . the turquoise coloured stones are dyed howlite or magnesite. The red is dyed coral.
The vintage carved are onyx.

The carved stone bracelet looks to be vintage Chinese and I'd guess the stones carnelian as well, commonly used in vintage Chinese jewelry.
