"Is it Juliana?" After looking...it's Close but still not sure.

I looked though the site..."is it Juliana?"  but came away confused.  

I saw one that was close.  Did Juliana make variations?

I thought could be Juliana due to it's quality and style.

If it's not I'd be very surprised. That puddling and the connecting pools of the backing metal seem to be an element that other makers (knockoff brands) aren't able or inclined to duplicate. I read that online in a costume jewelry junkie forum, and it tracks as far as my own experience goes, but I can't say with 100% confidence. I'm 89% sure it's Juliana/D&E.

If it's not I'd be really surprised as well. Mae is correct, look at the workmanship,  it's to advance to be copied.
