Translation needed for this pendant?

Hi, I'm not sure exactly what this is. Maybe an ear scoop/toothpick thing or a tobacco spoon pendant? It's not magnetic & I think it's at least 14k gold according to an acid test I did. It's also very easy to bend. It's stamped & came with a certificate of guarantee. I am hoping somebody can translate this. I think it's Chinese. Thanks!IMG_20220803_220831992.jpgIMG_20220803_221636313.jpgIMG_20220803_220934768.jpgIMG_20220803_220855196.jpg

@kbedda1

It does look like Chinese and it looks like this item was purchased in this stores gold and silver dept. When I translate the mark it came up Genna.

     These instruments look like they are from a Chatelaine. One is a Coke/ snuff spoon and one is a pick possibly to cut the substance.

    I don't know if this store sells antiques/ vintage items, I'm assuming it does.

     On your COA paper, the English translation is below the Chinese lettering.

    Interesting item, and gold to boot!
