Appears to be turquoise and coral. It’s definitely Asian. Most likely made in Tibet but could be from China or Nepal.

I agree with response number 1 , definitely turquoise & coral and very much Asian- most likely Tibetan.
There have been cases where the coral is not real but a dyed piece of - bamboo or something - sorry brains not with it like it should be. But this piece looks real enough. Would it be possible to find your local gemology group ? Rockhound shop, a nice relationship with a reputable jeweler ? This way you would know for sure. You can usually tell it's Asian by the fact that your turquoise has a greener cast - now it will turn as it ages and we do have green pieces here in the US, but the setting is what does it. go to Duck Duck Go for a search of Asian pieces against Native Americans and also turquoise here and over there. This search engine turns up better knowledge IMHO ;-}

Respectfully one cannot identify turquoise by the color. We have plenty of American turquoise that same color beside not knowing how much color was changed from handling and oil absorption. What tell us the origin of the piece as you did say is the setting which is 101% Asian. The coral looks fine to me too.

I have nothing to add other than it is sterling silver as denoted by the "925"
