Nice cuff meow! I couldn't find anything either on Ole Jack, could be a local artisan but your turquoise probably comes from my home state of Nevada. Tonopah NV more likely where green turquoise is mined.

Has your piece been tested for silver? I noticed that there is no purity stamp on it, some artisans use a sheet of silver on their pieces ( just ran across this with a Navajo artist Justin Morris) so they do not stamp Sterling on their pieces.

You should have no problem selling this piece without Identifying artisan, cuffs are desirable and so is green turquoise.

     Merry Christmas,  Silver

I've had some luck in the past by calling the more reputable southwest Native jewelry shops. They'll ask for a picture and if they don't have an answer, they'll point you to another resource/expert that does.

Best of luck!
