Need help to read hallmark!

I have few costume/fashion jewelry pieces with this hallmark.  Does anyone know what brand it is? Thank you!

Pardon a dumb question, but is it possible that it's not right-side-up? For example, if you let the tag dangle vertically and look at it that way, it vaguely resembles a stylized hammer and sickle.
