Citrine rock crystal would be my guess.

Hi,

That is heat treated Amethyst Quartz Crystal from inside a geode. It has been heated to turn it dark citrine color.

It's usually described as Citrine Quartz, although it is not true Citrine.

You would describe that as Citrine Quartz Points BTW, and that would sell very well in crystal healing as well as regular jewelry 🙂
