Hi there, I suggest you go through the VeRO program which is provided by the eBay website under the About eBay category then, you can resolve your question easily.

Well I see that you do have a few NA pieces listed and all looks good, what information do you need? Info on the different tribes, designs used, stones, makers mark, inlay vrs mosaic. The list goes on, if it were me I would focus on a couple of tribes like Hopi and Zuni as I like these pieces.
Signed pieces like H.Yazzie ( Navajo) are very desirable. Kingman turquoise is desirable in color. Cheap knockoff southwestern jewelry? Avoid like Covid.
Let us know what areas you need info on about selling.

I have recently bought a few pieces on EBay that don’t fit or not exactly what I expected. They were not returnable and I would like to sell a couple of them. They are very nice and I do believe there is a customer who would love to have them. My question is-If I purchased them from a seller that listed them as NA, can I list them as NA? There are always gray areas for every policy. All I want is to get my listings to as many potential customers and still abide by the law and what is right. My memories of selling this jewelry was long before the Act which is a separate discussion. There must be a way to benefit everyone and thank you for your response.

I understand completely, use the keyword" southwestern" and state if it's sterling marked or not. If no makersmark on those pieces, I would avoid Native American all together.
Example: Southwestern style sterling cuff with inlaid coral and turquoise.
Best to you, Silver

I am a big fan of Hopi & Navajo-I love all the other tribe’s art, too. Again, thank you for your response.

You are welcome and thanks for your post. The only thing I think I can add when dealing with true Native American jewelry, make sure you know the correct tribe, the NA artisan, it is marked with the purity and correct MM, in other words be certain it is NA. These artisans deserve recognition.
