 Hot this thrifting today and curious if anyone knows who the character might be?  No markings. Would like to sell but not sure how to list it.  Any help appreciated 😁

Well isn't he devilish! He's some kind of pixie elf ( 1950s era was obsessed with them).

    At first glance I had thought it was the sprite boy, 👎 than I started to peek around. The Cleveland browns had a mascot that used to be a pixie, looks similar. But all the above wore hats.

    What is wrapped around his little head, leaves? Or a snake?

I really can’t discern what is around his head😖Any thoughts on how to list it?  Maybe not worth much…He is cute, very impish.  Just caught my eye and just a dollar.  Thank you for answering!
