Initials on clasp of a Frank Patania Bracelet

This is a sterling silver Frank Patania bracelet with coral.

The initials C with I and B are marked on the clasp.

Is this a clasp maker mark or do you think it was made specifically for someone with those initials and Frank designed it that way?

No question in my mind that your drop dead gorgeous bracelet was a custom job for someone with the initials IBC.
