Help with Native American Sterling hallmark

Can someone out there in eBay Land help me determine the artist with this hallmark?  I have the Hougart book but I don't see it anywhere in the book. I appreciate all of you and thank you in advance.

Can you show the entire piece? I thought that M  maybe a Morgan but no. Keep in mind that China has fake Navajo marks (and they almost look cartoon like).

Not familiar with that stamp but it is stabilized turquoise.
